Policy by art 13 law enacted legislative decree n. 196/2003

Dear Sir/Madame,
We wish to inform you that the law n. 196 of June 2003 (“Code on the matter of the protection of the personal data”) states the protection of people and other subjects regarding the processing of the personal data.
According to the regulations indicated, such processing will be founded on the principles of correctness, legality and transparency and of protection of Your privacy and Your rights. 
Pursuant to art. 13, law n. 196/2003, therefore we provide You with the following information:

1. The data You provide will be processed for the following aims: reference and filing.
2. The processing will be carried out with the following methods: manual and/or digital.
3. Providing the data is compulsory to finalize and continue the relation.
4. The data will not be communicated to other subjects, neither they will be disseminated.
5. The holder of the processing is: C&C Energy Ltd- Via Provinciale, 5 –Matinella- 84044 Albanella (SA) VAT NUMBER  05963611214.
6. The person responsible for the processing is Mr. Cerruti Domenico, C&C Energy LTD.
7. The representative of the holder within the State territory is Mr. Domenico Cerruti, C&C Energy LTD.
8. In any moment, You will be able to exercise Your rights towards the holder of the processing, pursuant to art. 7, Legislative Decree 196/2003, which we provide integrally:

Legislative Decree n. 196/2007 Art. 7 – Right of access to personal data and other rights

1. The person concerned has the right to obtain the confirmation of the existence of  the personal data concerning him or her, even if it is not recorded yet, as well as  its communication in intelligible form. 

2. The person concerned has the right to obtain the indication of :
a) of the origin of personal data;
b) of the end and manner of handing it;
c) the logic applied in case of treatment effected with the aid of electronic tools;
d) the identity of the data controller, data supervisors and the representative designed pursuant to Article 5.2;
e) the parties or categories of parties to which the personal data can be transferred or which can gain knowledge of them as designated representatives of the State, processing officers, or processors.

3. The person concerned has the right to obtain:
a)  the updating, the rectification, that is the integration of the data;
b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or the blockage of the data processed in
breach of the law, as well as including any data whose conservation is not required in relation to the purposes for which the same has been collected or subsequently processed;
c) the attestation that the operations to which the letters a) and b) refer were brought to the knowledge, even with regards to their content, of those to whom it has been transferred or disseminated except for the case where notification proves impossible or requires the use of means clearly disproportionate to the right being protected. 

4. The person concerned has the right to oppose, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of the personal data concerning him or her, even if it is pertinent to the purpose of its collection; 
b) to the processing of the personal data concerning him or her  for the purpose of transmission of direct sales or advertising material or commercial communication or market research.
